The weekly mint
Minter.mintWeekly() can be called by anyone once per epoch and splits the budget by gauge weight.
Interplay with the supply cap
Each epoch the budget is the smaller of the schedule and the token's remaining mint allowance.
Where the BERRIER goes
To gauges in proportion to their weight. Nothing is minted to a team address by the Minter.
